In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
These Terms & Conditions, together with the sate77 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the platform, form the entire agreement between sate77 and each Player. They govern all access to and use of the sate77 platform.
By ticking the acceptance checkbox during registration, by completing the registration process, or by otherwise accessing or using the sate77 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as they stand at the time of your use. If these Terms & Conditions are updated (see Section 14 — Amendments), your continued use of the platform after the effective date of the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency arising from a translation or interpretation, the English-language version shall prevail.
To be eligible to register and maintain an account on sate77, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:
sate77 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility — including age verification, identity documents, and proof of address — at any time and without prior notice. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of withdrawals pending resolution.
Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active Account on the sate77 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different device identifiers, different IP addresses, or through the use of another person's details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Accurate Information
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process and to keep that information updated at all times. sate77 is not liable for any loss arising from a Player's failure to maintain current registration details. Where sate77 discovers that registration information is materially inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent, it may immediately suspend the Account and withhold any pending balance pending investigation.
One Account Per Person
Where sate77 determines that a Player has registered or is operating more than one Account — regardless of the method used — sate77 reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts, void any pending bets or withdrawals, and forfeit any Bonus Funds across all associated Accounts. Real-Money Funds may be returned at sate77's sole discretion following identity verification.
Account for Personal Use Only
Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise permit any third party to access or use your Account. Any wager placed through your Account is deemed to be placed by you personally and you accept full responsibility for all activity conducted under your login credentials.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. sate77 will never request your password by email, live chat, telephone, or any other communication channel. If you receive any communication purporting to be from sate77 that requests your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it to the sate77 support team immediately.
You must notify sate77 immediately via live chat or email if you become aware of, or reasonably suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account. sate77 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access that occurs prior to such notification, except where the breach is attributable to sate77's own negligence or wilful misconduct.
sate77 implements 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption on all platform connections. Account lockout protection is activated after three consecutive failed login attempts. These measures do not eliminate the Player's personal responsibility to use strong, unique passwords and to secure their own devices.
sate77 accepts deposits denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following supported channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Supported channels and minimum/maximum deposit limits are subject to change without prior notice; Players should verify current limits in the Cashier section after logging in.
Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction across all supported payment channels, unless a specific promotion specifies a higher minimum to qualify for a bonus.
Source of Funds
By making a deposit, you warrant that the funds deposited are lawfully yours, that you are the beneficial owner of the source payment account (bank account or e-wallet), and that the funds are not derived from any illegal activity. sate77 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation as part of its ongoing compliance obligations.
Processing and Crediting
Deposits are credited to the Player's Account balance as soon as the funds are confirmed received by the sate77 payment processor. Standard processing time for bank transfers and e-wallet payments is under 60 seconds during normal operating conditions. sate77 is not responsible for delays attributable to a Player's bank, e-wallet provider, or internet service.
No Third-Party Deposits
Deposits from payment accounts not registered in the Player's own name are strictly prohibited. If sate77 determines that a deposit has been made from a third-party payment source, it may hold the deposited funds pending identity verification and may refund them to the original source without crediting the Account.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted through the sate77 Cashier to any supported Indonesian bank account or e-wallet registered in the Player's own name. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction.
KYC Verification Requirement
Before sate77 processes a Player's first withdrawal, the Player must complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification process. This requires the submission of a clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued identity document (Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, or passport). sate77 may additionally request proof of address and/or proof of the payment method used for deposits. Players are encouraged to complete KYC verification promptly after registration to avoid delays when they are ready to withdraw.
Processing Times
Standard withdrawal requests to Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets are processed within 5–15 minutes during WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) business hours. Gold and Platinum VIP members benefit from priority processing targeting under 5 minutes. sate77 is not responsible for additional delays introduced by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider after funds have been dispatched.
Withdrawal to Source
sate77 applies a return-to-source policy: withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever operationally possible. Where this is not possible, sate77 may request alternative verified payment details from the Player.
Wagering Requirements on Deposited Funds
Real-Money Funds (funds deposited without any associated bonus) are withdrawable at any time, subject to KYC verification being complete. Where a deposit has been made alongside a bonus claim, the withdrawal of Real-Money Funds may be restricted until the associated wagering requirement has been met, as specified in the applicable bonus terms.

All promotions are subject to specific terms that are published at the time the promotion is made available.
Wagering Requirements
Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real-Money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), and time limit are stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, staking Bonus Funds on games with a house edge below 0.5% (such as certain blackjack variants under optimal strategy) may not contribute fully towards wagering requirement completion — contribution rates are disclosed in the promotion terms.
One Bonus Per Player
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is available once per Player, per household address, per device, and per IP address. sate77 reserves the right to limit promotional participation to a single qualifying event per Player and to withdraw any bonus awarded in breach of this restriction.
Bonus Abuse
sate77 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim Bonus Funds — and to close the associated Account — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional terms without genuine recreational gaming intent. A determination of bonus abuse is made at sate77's sole discretion, but sate77 will endeavour to communicate its reasoning to the affected Player upon request.
Expiry
Bonus Funds that are not utilised within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the Account balance. Expired Bonus Funds cannot be reinstated.
All games offered on the sate77 platform are governed by specific game rules published within each game interface or in the associated help documentation. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a specific game rule, the specific game rule shall prevail in relation to that game.
All Random Number Generator (RNG) based games available on sate77 — including slots, virtual table games, and numbers games such as keno and togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) — are certified by independent testing laboratories. Live dealer games are operated by third-party studio providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Asia Gaming under their own operational licences and surveillance protocols.
sate77 is not responsible for errors, interruptions, or malfunctions in third-party game software. In the event of a demonstrable software error that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, sate77 reserves the right to void the affected wager and refund the stake. Winnings generated from a clear software error are not payable.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sate77 platform and constitute grounds for immediate Account suspension, closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit copying, reproducing, distributing, publicly displaying, modifying, or creating derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent from sate77.
Game content provided by third-party studios — including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and others — remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is subject to their own terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sate77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from or in connection with a Player's use of, or inability to use, the sate77 platform or its Services, including but not limited to:
sate77's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the Player's verified real-money deposits during the 12-month period preceding the claim; or (b) such amount as determined by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit sate77's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
sate77 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, sate77 will endeavour to notify registered Players by email to the address on file or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform prior to the effective date of the change.
The current version of the Terms & Conditions — together with its effective date — is always accessible at sate77.app/terms-conditions. It is your responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with any amended provision, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account by contacting the sate77 support team. Any Real-Money Balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to KYC verification and the terms applicable at that time.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations. sate77 operates as an internationally licensed platform. Players access the Services from their own jurisdiction and are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute between a Player and sate77, both parties agree to seek resolution first through sate77's internal dispute resolution process by contacting the support team in writing. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration body governing the platform's operating licence. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.
